Our online office allows us the freedom to connect with you no matter where you are geographically located, and you have the ease of scheduling therapy at a place and time that is convenient, comfortable, and safe for you.

Steps For Your Video Session

Step 1

Log into your Simple Practice client portal here.

Step 2

Once in the client portal, click the tab marked "Appointments". You should see your upcoming appointment listed as seen here:


Step 3

Click where it says "Join Video."

Step 4

This will open a new tab. Please confirm your camera/ audio and enter your name.

Step 5

Next, click "Join Video Call". 

Step 6

Your therapist will also login and meet you there at your scheduled time.

Tips For a Successful Online Session

  • Find a quiet, private space free of distractions

  • Make sure you have a strong WiFi connection by closing other applications or windows

  • Turn off desktop notifications and close any distracting windows

  • Use headphones (noise-canceling work best!)

  • Grab a notebook, pen, and glass of water

  • Silence or turn off your phone

  • Use the bathroom beforehand

  • Avoid being backlit if possible

  • Do not conduct your appointments while driving. If your therapist notices you are driving, they will end the session for your personal safety.

Our Teletherapy Platform

Our HIPPA compliant, secure, and state-of-the-art teletherapy platform allows us to connect deeply with our clients though creative and simple means. Our platform exists on a web-based platform as well as in the form of an app that is downloadable on your mobile phone. You are able to check into your session using either your phone, laptop or any other tablet device, and we offer both video and voice sessions.

The platform's secure messaging feature allows you to have another way to safely communicate with your therapist in between sessions.
